Returns Policy

At X & X Watches we endeavour to describe and present products as accurately and realistically as possible. However, we understand that sometimes items received are not as expected. For your right to return, please refer to our Terms & Conditions. Please see below for our returns and refunds guide.

Online Purchases

You have 48 hours after receiving the item to inform us of your intent to return. You will then have the remainder of 14 days from the point of receipt to return the item. The item must be in exactly the same condition received. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all associated paperwork and any extras (e.g. swing tags) provided.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if:

  1. The item is not in the same condition as provided or shows any signs of wear.

  2. Parts of the item or any associated paperwork / extras are missing.

  3. Any seals, stickers or plastics have been removed (where applicable).

In-person Purchases

For any items received and inspected in person, we do not offer any returns or refunds.

Returning an Item

Items must be returned to us via a Tracked and Signed For postal service or in person (location to be agreed at the point of intent to return). Items must include all original packaging including paperwork and extras. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

If you are returning the item to us via post, please follow these recommended steps:

Once you have confirmed the return address to us, please return via your local post office and select a Tracked and Signed method and ask for Proof of Postage. Please then provide us with the tracking number. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or require any further advice.

Faulty Items

Any item that develops a fault, that is not attributed to damage caused by the purchaser, is subject to the manufacturer warranty. Although the warranty is supplied by the manufacturer, we can offer advice on how to claim on this.

Damaged Items

We are not liable for any damage caused by the purchaser after receipt of the item.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received please allow us 3-5 working days to process. Once we have confirmed that everything has been returned in the condition provided, we will advise you of your eligibility for a refund. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used to place the order and we will advise via email once this has been done. Please allow up to 14 days for funds to clear in your account.
